ORDER PROCESSING :
Please allow approximately 48 hours for your order to be processed. You will receive an e-mail within 48 hours to inform you that your order is on its way!
LOCAL DELIVERY
When ordering, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click on the “continue shipping” button. French delivery is available for addresses in France. If the local delivery option does not appear at checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an e-mail with real-time tracking information.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours via La Poste in France;
NATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping costs : The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of payment.
For simple flat-rate shipping: We offer a flat rate of 0€ for shipments to destinations worldwide.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. Control Plug is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item has not been used and is in its original condition, and we will refund the total amount of the order minus the return shipping costs;
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@thecontrolplug.com
indicating your order number and enclosing a photo of the item's condition. We deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
